Routine maintenance is included in every plan and doesn’t use your monthly hours. What it covers depends on where your website runs.

Hosting, software updates and server security are handled by the platform.
Your monthly hours go toward the work you request: content updates, fixes, small features and design changes. Hours reset each month and don’t roll over. SEO and marketing are separate services.

Website review
We review your website first. No automatic onboarding fee; significant repairs are quoted separately.
Choose a plan
Pick Care 2 or Care 4 based on how much work you expect each month.
Monthly care
We handle routine maintenance and your requests during business hours.
Larger projects
Redesigns and major new features are quoted separately.
Agreement terms: three-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Emergency help outside business hours may be available at additional cost. We don’t offer 24/7 support or guaranteed completion times.
