Questions
When is support available?
Phone and email support is available during normal business hours. Help with critical outages after hours is provided when available. We don’t offer 24/7 staffed support or guaranteed response times unless specifically agreed.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually, and annual prepayment saves 10%. Monthly plans are month-to-month, annual payments are nonrefundable, and there are no setup fees.
Is website maintenance included?
No. Hosting includes server-level management. WordPress updates, website changes, SEO and malware cleanup are separate. See Website Maintenance.
How are backups handled?
HCI performs daily server backups for disaster recovery. These are intended to restore services following a catastrophic failure and do not include routine, customer-requested website restores. Individual website backups are arranged separately or included in your maintenance agreement.
Can I host more than one website?
Business Web Hosting supports up to three websites. They share one cPanel account and its storage.
