Can you move my existing email?
We provide migration guidance, and you move your existing mailboxes yourself. We don’t perform mailbox migrations.
Will it work with Outlook and my phone?
Yes. Mailboxes support IMAP and SMTP, so they work with desktop and mobile email apps, and you can also use webmail.
Can I manage my own mailboxes?
Yes. You get administrative access to manage your mailboxes.
How is email billed?
Each mailbox is billed monthly or annually, and annual prepayment saves 10%. Monthly plans are month-to-month, annual plans are prepaid and nonrefundable, and there are no setup fees.
Do your web hosting plans include email?
Basic Web Hosting includes 2 email accounts and Business Web Hosting includes 5, each with 5 GB. Email hosting is also available on its own, with up to 30 GB per mailbox.
